Fish:

Files with mc as the third and fourth letters contain: fish number , recapture number, species, lengths ,and weights of lake trout (Salvelinus namaycush), arctic grayling (Thymallus arcticus), round whitefish (Prosopium cylindraceum) burbot (Lota lota) and arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus )captured in each lake each year. Files with HE as third and fourth letters contain weights, lengths, and ages for slimy sculpin (Cottus cognatus) captured in a lake.

• 86mcdtlc - This file contains the various body measurements and tells whether stomachs and otoliths were taken from the fish captured in Toolik Lake during the summer of 1986.

• 87mci6ak - The fish number, species, lengths, weights, sex, and maturity of fish captured in lake I6 during the summer of 1987.

• 87mctlks - This file contains the size, weight, age, and location data for sculpin captured in lake Toolik during the summer of 1987.

• 88hen1ag - This file describes the sculpins that were captured from Lake N-1 during the summer of 1988. The weights, lengths, and ages of the fish are included in the file. This data is part of Kristi's masters research under Anne Hershey.

• 90mcne12 - This file contains the fish species, lengths, and weights of fish captured in Lake NE12 during the summer of 1990. The stomachs, and otoliths are also noted if they are taken. Each fish is numbered to assist in our lab work later.

• 91mcfish - This file contains the fish number, recap number, species, lengths, and weights of fish captured in lakes near the Toolik Lake LTER site during the summer of 1991 (tagging data). Also contains information from gill-netted fish (if any), sacrificed fish, and accidently killed fish. All dead fish are included, and if their stomachs and otoliths were taken, that is noted also.

• 92mcfish - This file contains the fish number, recap number, species, lengths, and weights of fish captured in lakes near the Toolik Lake LTER site during the summer of 1992 (tagging data). Also contains information from gill-netted fish (if any), sacrificed fish, and accidently killed fish. All dead fish are included, and if their stomachs and otoliths were taken, that is noted also.
