| Methods: | Water, physics and chemistry sampled weekly from the main station on Toolik Lake. Dissolved O2 and temperature were read by YSI model 57 oxygen meter, air calibrated. Temperature and conductivity were read by YSI model 33, conductivity meter. Carbonate alkalinity was titrated against pH depending on expected alkalinity (Wetzel and Likens 1979). pH was measured electrometrically with a corning portable expanded standard pH buffer and corrected for temperature of sample. Notes: Not all data is available for all years. Reference Citations: Wetzel, R.G., G.E. Likens. 1979. Limnological Methods. Saunders. Philadelphia. Sampling Description. None |
