Water samples were collected at depths 0,1,3,5,8,12,16 meters with a Van Dorn. Water was filtered in the field using 47mm .045 um millipore HAE filters. Filterd water was kept at 4C in amber bottles until being run on an ALP chem auto analyzer using methods for Phosphorus, ammonia and nitrate/nitrite. Due to an unsatifactory high detection limit with the autoanalyzer ammonia chemistry was done by hand using Standard methods. Reference Citations: R.G. Wetzel & G.E. Likens. 1979.
