Organisms studied

Methods:	Biweekly water samples collected at designated sites along the Kuparuk river were analyzed for soluble reactive phosphate, ammonium, and nitrate/nitrite on the Technicon Autoanalyzer II. Technicon methods were used. Each run was calibrated with 4 standards and a blank for every sample tray. Reference Citations: R.G. Wetzel & G.E. Likens. 1979. Limnological Methods. Saunders.
