Organisms studied

Methods:	Weekly water samples collected at designated sites along Oksrukuyik Creek were analyzed for soluble reactive phosphorus, ammonia and nitrate/nitrite on the Technicon Autoanalyzer II using Technicon methods. In addition to the standard series that were run at the beginning and end of each analysis a set of 4 standards and a blank were run with each tray of samples. Reference Citations: R.G. Wetzel & G.E.
