Arctic LTER Toolik Wet Sedge Station Data Files.


Weather data collected at Toolik Lake Wet Sedge Experimental plots, Block 1 (68 degrees 38'N, 149 degrees 36'W) began in June 1994 and continues to present time. Data collected includes air temperature, relative humidity and soil temperatures. Air temperature and relative humidity are measured in the control plot and greenhouse. Soil temperatures are measures in control, greenhouse, Nitrogen alone, Phosphorus alone and Nitrogen plus Phosphorous plots. See Sensors for a detailed description of each sensor used.


  • 2000dlwsh - Hourly weather data from a wet sedge site at the Arctic Tundra LTER site at Toolik Lake. The following parameters are measured every minute and averaged every hour: control and green house plot air temperature and relative humidity at 3 meters.

  • 2000dlwso - Soil temperature data collected every 4 hours from a wet sedge site at the Arctic Tundra LTER site at Toolik Lake. Temperatures are measured every 3 minutes and averaged every 4 hours in control, nitrogen alone, phosphorus alone, nitrogen and phosphorus, and greenhouse experimental plots soil temperatures.
