Stipend	$27,000/12 months - Escalate by 4% in proposal budgets
Tuition	$9,512 - which is 1/4 of Brown's full tuition of $35,584 - Escalate by 5% in proposal budgets
Health Insurance	$2,348 - Escalate by 5% in proposal budgets
Health Fee	$630 - Escalate by 5% in proposal budgets
On grant proposal budgets, stipends should go in the Personnel section (but it's excluded from fringe benefits) and tuition, health insurance and health fee in the Other Direct Costs section.
