Abstract:Organisms, plants and animals, were collected along a transect in Greenwood Creek, Ipswich, MA from the Ipswich sewage treratment plant outfall pipe to the mouth of Greenwood Creek on the Ipswich River. Tissue from the organisms was analysed for del 13C and del 15N to determine if the treatment plant effluent del 15N signal could be detected in the biota of Greenwood Creek.
