Organisms studied

Methods:	Water samples were taken weekly from both sides of lake N-2. The sampling depths for the Control side were 0, 1, 3, 5, and 6 meters and the Treatment side were 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 meters. Nutrients were analyzed using batch methods. SRP was measured using a non-extractive molybdate method (Strickland and Parsons 1969 and Wetzel and Likens 1979). Ammonia was measured by the phenate method (Wetzel and Likens 1979) and Nitrate/Nitrite using the cadmium reduction method. Reference Citations: R.G. Wetzel & G.E. Likens. 1979. Limnological Methods.
