Methods:

The response of fish to fertilization was determined by collecting larval grayling from control and fertilized river reaches. Approximately every ten days, larvae were collected using dip nets, and later a backpack electrofisher. YOY were brought back to camp alive, weighted and measured, then brought back to the creek and the locations from which they came.
