Geographic Description Just a kilometer or two upstream of where the Oksrukuyuk Creek crosses the Dalton highway, approximately 15 miles south of the Sag River DOT station.

Methods:

A rock-scrubbing technique was used to
collect bottom samples at ten different stations (-737m, -550m,
-320m, -267m, -136m, 233m, 482m, 1056m, 1370m, and 1800m) with
two replicates at each station in the Oksrukuyuk Creek. Five
different dates were sampled, the same procedure was used for
every date. The stations are measured relative to the future
site of the new dripper.
The samples were preserved in ethanol then picked, sorted,
counted, and measured in Duluth using a digitizing pad.

Notes: There is one sample missing from the worksheet: -550m #1, 30-July-1990.
