RESEARCH LOCATION:
Geographic Description Solute injection was made approximately 20 meters upstream of the 15N addition. Samples were taken at 1800 meters and 10400 meters downstream.

TAXONOMIC COVERAGE:
Organisms studied
Methods:

Estimates of travel time were made to guide
the collection of physical samples. Samples were collected in 13
mm diameter borsilicate glass vials at irregular time intervals
weighted to cover the rising and falling limbs more intensively
than other time periods. Sample concentrations were read on a
Turner Designs AU-10 field fluorometer. The table below contains
the solute injection parameters.
Injection Start: 17:00, July 12
Injection End: 08:30, July 15
Stock Concentration: 1130000 mg/L
Injection Rate: 12.017 mL/min

Notes: The variable, D/D for River distance is in
reference to the distances established for the 15N addition.
