Decomposition Data

In 2003 background data was collected across all creeks and habitats to better understand the baseline chemical, biological, geomorphological, and physical characteristics of the study creeks. In 2004, data was collected frequently from Sweeney and West Creek. This intense sampling was designed to detect any marsh response to the nutrient addition and fish exclusion treatments. Baseline data continued to be collected from Clubhead and Nelson Creek in 2004. In 2005, treatments were implemented on all four creeks and each creek was sampled frequently. The 2006 season followed the treatment and sampling pattern of 2004.
