BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DATA FILE: YSI probe deployment at the confluence of Clubhead Creek during fall equinox period of equal daylight and darkness in conjunction with 24 hour water collection using ISCO autosamplers.

EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS:  Measurements taken with a YSI water quality sonde with internal datalogging capabilities deployed at a fixed station in mid-channel, approximately 10cm above the creek bottom.  Sonde was programmed to collect data for temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen every 10 minutes.  Depth was not enabled during this deployment.  Data collection began at low tide (around dusk) and continued to monitor water quality and collect hourly water samples for nutrient analysis for the next 24 hours.  ADCP (acoustic dopler current profiler) was deployed alongside the YSI probe to monitor current velocity and depth.
