BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DATA FILE: YSI probe deployment at the right and left branch of Sweeney Creek to coincide with a water column sampling to test the nitrate concentrations from the pumping system.

EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS: Measurements taken with a YSI water quality sonde with internal datalogging capabilities deployed at a fixed station in mid-channel, approximately 10cm above the creek bottom. Sonde was programmed to collect data for temperature, conductivity, salinity, DO%, DO concentration, depth and turbidity every 5 minutes. Data collection began at low tide and continued to monitor water quality through the rising tide. These reading coincide with a monitoring of the surface and bottom nitrate concentrations of water column nitrate.
