BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DATA FILE: YSI probe deployment at the confluence of Sweeney Creek during fall equinox period of equal daylight and darkness in conjunction with 24 hour water collection using ISCO autosamplers.

EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS: Measurements taken with a YSI water quality sonde with internal datalogging capabilities deployed at a fixed station in mid-channel, approximately 10cm above the creek bottom. Sonde was programmed to collect data for temperature, conductivity, salinity, turbidity, depth and dissolved oxygen every 5 minutes. YSI data collection began about 2 hours after low tide (around dusk) and continued for 48 hours. Water samples were collected at dawn of the next day for 24 hours. ADCP (acoustic dopler current profiler) was also deployed 100 meters upstream of the confluence to monitor current velocity and depth.
