BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DATA FILE: Diurnal (1 tidal cycle) water collection using ISCO autosamplers at the branches and 15N point of addition of West Creek. Samples filtered in lab and analyzed for salinity, chla and nutrients.

EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS: Autosamplers deployed at the branches and 15N POA of West Creek. Water samples collected every hour for 14 hours to include a full tidal cycle. Samples transported back to the lab for salinity reading using refractometer and filtration for nutrient subsampling. Filter collected for dissolved chl a, TSS and PPO4. Nutrient samples frozen until time of analysis. All analysis conducted at the MBL according to standard lab procedures (see methods). YSI probes deployed at the same time (see corresponding YSI datafile).
