BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DATA FILE: In conjunction with the July 24 West diurnal experiment, water that flooded the marsh area was collected from various habitats and locations.

KEYWORDS: marsh surface, diurnal, nitrate, phosphate, ammonium

EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS:  During the diurnal experiment, collection bottles (10 cm in height) were placed throughout the West Creek area in order to collect the flooding water as it moved over the marsh. Samples were transported back to the lab for filtration and nutrient subsampling. Nutrient samples were frozen until time of analysis.  All analysis was conducted at the MBL according to standard lab procedures (see methods).
