EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS: Bi-weekly monitoring of nutrient levels in Sweeney Creek. Samples were taking during incoming tide at the confluence, 150 m seaward of the confluence and the branches. Samples were transported back to the lab for filtration and nutrient subsampling. Nutrient samples were frozen until time of analysis. All analysis was conducted at the MBL according to standard lab procedures (see methods).
