Electrode Data: ATB MEP Exp1 Experiment

The plo ts below are from the pH, DO and ORP electrodes in each of the four microcosms.  Electrode data are collected every hour, and updated here approximately every five hours. Time axes reference the same t-zero as the other plots (0:00 20 Aug 2010)

DO probes initially off-line due to incorrect manufacturing.  Installed repaired DO probes on 12 Nov 10 (t = 84.5 d).

ORP probe in MC 4 has been taken off line (13 May 2011).

Modifications (notes here started 14 July 2011)

  1. DO probes lightly cleaned and recalibrated  (17:00 14 Jul 2011, t = 328.71 d).
  2. DO probes cleaned, electrolyte replaced and calibrated (17:00 25 Aug 2011, t = 370.71 d)
  3. DO probes reconditioned, pH probes and chemostat pumps calibrated (16:00 10 Jan 2012, t = 508.67 d)
